WAYNE Rooney is to make a sensational return for England.
The Three Lions legend will this week be included in Gareth Southgate’s squad for a charity fundraising friendly against the USA at Wembley on November 15.
According to The Sun, the 33-year-old’s 120th cap will come as SKIPPER against his adopted country.

It will mark an incredible turn of events following Rooney’s decision to call time on his record-breaking international career at the start of last season.
But Wazza has been in stunning form since moving Stateside, scoring 12 goals to guide DC United from the bottom of Major League Soccer to the play-offs.
And the former Everton and Manchester United striker is to be rewarded by pulling on the Three Lions in a one-off appearance that will honour his record-breaking career.
The game will also raise funds for the Wayne Rooney Foundation.
It is hoped the friendly under Wembley’s Arch, which will be illuminated in the Foundation’s gold colours, could raise more than £500,000 for various children’s charities including the NSPCC.

FA chiefs have held extensive talks with the Rooney camp.
And a source revealed: “It will give England fans the chance to say a fond farewell to a much-loved player while raising money for worthwhile causes.”
Rooney became England’s top scorer with 53 goals — passing the record of 49 set by another United and England legend, Sir Bobby Charlton.
And his recall will see him back on the training pitches at St George’s Park with World Cup semi-final heroes including Harry Kane and Dele Alli.
Rooney was skipper when many of the current squad started their international careers and there will be an emotional reunion when he walks into the dressing room.
